Recommendations 

Please note that our items are classed as decorative pieces that are not intended as ‘walking’ collars and are not suitable for dogs who pull on their collar. To ensure your collar retains its integrity we recommend using a harness for walking. 

We also recommend that you avoid rough or harsh usage, which may cause loss of crystals, scratches, or abrasions on the surface of the crystals.

Caring for your product 

Please ensure you condition your leather once or twice a year. We recommend using fiebing ‘s 4 way care leather conditioner.

Conditioning helps to strengthen the leather and will also keep your piece looking clean and sparkly.

Warranty 

Your item is covered by a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase. During this period (excluding normal wear and tear), the Crystal Collar Company will replace  or repair your piece free of charge, providing our recommendations and care instructions have been followed.
